No. Everything is beginner-friendly, invitational, and trauma-aware—you choose what feels right for your body each day.
Included: daily gentle movement, breathwork/meditation, women’s circles, nature time, creative reflection, nourishing meals, and spacious rest. Optional (limited slots): 1:1 coaching, massage/bodywork, energy/sound sessions, and curated excursions.
Neither. We offer non-clinical, holistic practices and empowerment coaching; it’s not a substitute for medical or mental-health care and we honor all belief backgrounds.
Absolutely—many guests come solo. We keep groups intimate (about 10–16) with shared or private room options; roommate matching is available.
